Built the full go-to-market web platform for Cluck, a 3D puzzle-platformer. Evolved the site through three phases — beta signup, waitlist, and production — each designed to capture interest and convert it into a growing audience. The production site includes a fully built admin panel and CRM for managing email campaigns, subscriber segments, and community communications.

After embedding at Red Ox Ceramics 6 days a week for a year, I identified an unowned vertical: no one has built purpose-built software for craft studio communities. I built a connected platform, including a native app, web app, analytics dashboards, and docs, to prove the thesis.

Brought on by an ex-colleague to consult for Swob's founders as they prepare for fundraising and enterprise sales. My role: stress-test the product thesis, build functional prototypes that double as investor demos and living specs, and advise on strategy informed by sales calls and investor feedback. The founders have an existing candidate app with traction (10K+ hires, 500+ restaurant locations). I'm helping them expand into the employer side — hiring pipelines, shift management, and multi-source candidate aggregation — so the product story is complete before they raise.

This project came from my own weightlifting and body recomposition journey. I found a system of fat reduction and muscle increase that helped me get tremendous results in 6 months, and I wanted to help others do the same. Fitness data is scattered across apps that don't talk to each other. Strava tracks your runs, COROS logs your heart rate, and a DEXA scan lives in a PDF. Fitness pulls it all into one dashboard and makes it actionable with training load analytics, body composition trends, and injury risk indicators. I'm now testing it within our gym community called Everfit Motion.

Nutrition is where most body recomposition programs fail. People know they need to hit their macros but don't know what to cook. Macro Chef is an AI-powered meal planner that takes your exact macro targets, dietary restrictions, and available ingredients, then generates recipes that actually fit. Three modes (Quick Meal, Meal Prep, Pantry Raid) for different needs on Tuesday night vs. Sunday afternoon. I built it because the #1 question from our gym community was 'What should I eat to hit my goals?' and nothing on the market answered it.
